How your details are looked after. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Reddall Fitness is run by Louis Reddall, a personal trainer at Oak Park Active Living Centre, Coppice Road, Walsall Wood WS9 9BH. If you have any questions about your details, email reddallfitness@hotmail.com or WhatsApp 07387 302343.
What we collect
When you send a message through this website, we collect your name, your email address or phone number, the options you tick and anything you write. When you start training, Louis asks about your health and any injuries so he can train you safely, and keeps a record of your sessions and progress.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange your sessions and look after you while you train. We never sell your details, and we won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked us to.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages sent through the form are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to make sure they come from a real person, pass through a secure server run by our website provider, Kinto Creative, in the EU, and are then emailed to Louis. They don’t use your details for anything else.
If you use the “How far is it from you?” tool on the contact page, the postcode or town you type is sent to postcodes.io to find it on a map, and that location is sent to the OSRM routing service to work out the drive. Neither is given your name, and we don’t keep what you typed.
Training plans are delivered through the Kahunas coaching app, which has its own privacy policy at kahunas.io/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as we need them to reply and arrange your training. Training records are kept somewhere secure and never shared. If you’d like yours deleted, just ask.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile, on the contact form, may set one that’s needed to tell people from bots.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
