One-to-one training Oak Park or home

How it works.

I have worked with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to athletes. Alongside my specialism in beginners, I particularly enjoy helping busy people fit training and nutrition into their lives in a manageable, sustainable way.

  1. Consultation and assessmentWe start with a consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, training experience, eating habits and any relevant limitations. A practical assessment then helps me understand your current fitness, movement and ability.
  2. Your programmeUsing this information, I create a personalised workout programme and tailor your face-to-face sessions to your starting point, adapting them as you progress.
  3. NutritionAlongside your training, I provide personalised nutrition planning to support your goals and fit your routine. The focus is on practical changes you can maintain, with room to enjoy your life.

Online coaching: coming next year

Online coaching will bring the Reddall Fitness approach to people who want structured support wherever they train.

Personalised training and nutrition plans will be designed around your goals, experience, available equipment and lifestyle, helping you build a routine that works for you.

Questions.

I’ve never been in a gym. Is that OK?

Yes. Beginners are my speciality. Stacey had never set foot in a gym, and now she trains on her own. I take time to explain each exercise, teach correct technique and build solid foundations before increasing the challenge.

How much does it cost?

Message me and I’ll talk you through the options.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I still train?

Tell me at the consultation and I’ll plan around it. I’ve trained clients through sciatica, arthritic hips, hip replacements, cerebral palsy and recovery from heart surgery, and I’m studying a Level 3 GP referral course for working with medical conditions.

Do you do online coaching?

Not yet. It’s coming next year.

Where are sessions?

At Oak Park Active Living Centre on Coppice Road, Walsall Wood, or at your home. Home sessions can start from 5am.
